3. The customer has the right to cancel his order within 7 days after
delivery. The buyer has the obligation to return the goods to its
original packing and to his own expenses within 7 days.
4. After opening or modifying the packing the custumer is no longer
entitled to cancel the order of this specific good. The complaints must
be communicated with in 7 days by registered letter. If the complaint
is confirmed, the responsibility of salesdepot.be is limited to the
replacement of the goods.
5. Late payment of invoices will result, without advance notice, in
interest increases of 1 % a month from the date of the invoice. In case
of nonpayment and if no suite is given within 14 days, any invoice will
be increased by 10 % on all open invoice amounts with a minimum of 50.00
€ and a maximum of 1859.20 €. salesdepot.be is the owner of the goods
until complete payment.
