No. Each piece is handmade from natural stone. Shade, veining and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. This is part of the material, not a defect.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, clean with a slightly damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral soap, then dry immediately. Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaners.

For orders of home accessories and tableware from €85, delivery is free to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Austria, and from €150 to the other EU countries. Below that, shipping costs are calculated per country in the cart. Natural stone is heavy and fragile; we pack it carefully.

Check your parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, have this noted on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel: signing without a remark counts as acceptance. Then report the damage as soon as possible to support@salesdepot.eu, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will then find a solution together: a replacement or a refund.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Report your return to support@salesdepot.eu with your order number and send the product back within 14 days, complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
