Is the pendant light suitable for outdoors or bathrooms?
No. The lamp is for indoor use only. Moisture can damage the papier-mâché, even in covered outdoor areas.
Which size should I choose?
The S (Ø 30 cm) is ideal above a breakfast nook, beside the bed or several in a row. The L (Ø 40 cm) suits a dining table.
Is every pendant light identical?
No. Each shade is handmade. Small differences in tone, surface and contour are normal.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to most EU countries. A surcharge applies for Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check your parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, have this noted on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel: signing without a remark counts as acceptance. Then report the damage as soon as possible to support@salesdepot.eu, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will then find a solution together: a replacement or a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Report your return to support@salesdepot.eu with your order number and send the product back within 14 days, complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
