Rukka Pets Protect Dog Rain Overall – Waterproof, Taped Seams & Stretch

Rukka Pets Protect Dog Rain Overall – Waterproof, Taped Seams & Stretch

Waterproof overall that protects your dog from rain, wind and mud.

The Rukka Pets Protect is a practical overall that protects your dog from wind and rain. The fabric is completely waterproof, with taped seams, a covered leash opening and a waterproof zip. The stretch fabric makes the overall comfortable and lets your dog move freely, even in challenging terrain. The zip on the back makes it quick to put on.

Rukka Pets is a Finnish brand from Luhta Sportswear Company, one of Europe’s largest outdoor and sportswear companies. In Finland, they know what a real winter is.

Why choose the Rukka Pets Protect?

• Waterproof fabric with taped seams and a waterproof zip (water column 5,000 mm).
• Stretch (96% polyester, 4% elastane) for freedom of movement.
• Adjustable legs: a touch fastener on each leg end fits the opening to the paw and keeps water and dirt out.
• Adjustable waist and neckline for a good fit.
• High, adjustable collar that covers the neck. Raised, it also protects the ears from the wind.
• Zip on the back and a covered leash opening.
• Reflective piping and logo.

Size chart

Measurements in cm from the Rukka Pets size chart. Back length and chest girth are decisive.

How to measure your dog

Measure with a soft tape measure while your dog stands calm and straight. The video among the photos shows you how. Choose the size by back length, then check chest and neck girth.

• Back length (the most important measurement): from the collar line (where the collar rests) to the base of the tail.
• Neck girth: around the neck, where the collar sits.
• Chest girth: around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.
• Front and hind leg: leg length as shown on the Rukka Pets drawing (see the last photo).

The overall should fit snugly without pinching, with enough room at the chest for your dog to move freely. For breeds with a large head or a thick neck, the neck girth is especially important. Fine-tune the fit with the adjustments. If the collar or back is a little long, you can fold it over.

Unsure between two sizes? Send us your dog’s back length, neck girth and chest girth via WhatsApp (+32 479 63 63 10) or to support@salesdepot.eu. We are happy to advise you before you order.
