Rukka Pets Trust Foil Dog Coat – Heat-Reflecting Lining & Windproof

Rukka Pets Trust Foil Dog Coat – Heat-Reflecting Lining & Windproof

Softly padded coat that reflects your dog’s body heat back.

The Rukka Pets Trust Foil is a softly padded coat that keeps your dog warm and comfortable in every weather. Its special feature is the foil-printed lining, which reflects body heat back to your dog. The coat is windproof, lightweight and breathable, and the water-repellent fabric copes with light rain. The specially cut cross-over collar protects the neck while still letting your dog lower its head freely. The buckle at the waist makes it quick to put on, and the elastic rear leg straps keep the coat in place, even at full speed.

Rukka Pets is a Finnish brand from Luhta Sportswear Company, one of Europe’s largest outdoor and sportswear companies. In Finland, they know what a real winter is.

Size chart

Measurements in cm from the Rukka Pets size chart. Back length and chest girth are decisive.

How to measure your dog

Measure with a soft tape measure while your dog stands calm and straight. The video among the photos shows you how. Choose the size by back length, then check chest and neck girth.

• Back length (the most important measurement): from the collar line (where the collar rests) to the base of the tail.
• Neck girth: around the neck, where the collar sits.
• Chest girth: around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs.

The coat should fit snugly without pinching, with enough room at the chest for your dog to move freely. For breeds with a large head or a thick neck, the neck girth is especially important. Fine-tune the fit with the adjustments.
