Umbrosa Spectra cantilever parasol – aluminium frame
The Umbrosa Spectra cantilever parasol closes horizontally rather than vertically: thanks to the fan system, the canopy folds like a fan against the pole. The included rotating support turns the parasol through 360°, so you follow the sun without moving the base. This version has a natural anodised aluminium frame. Designed and made in Belgium, tested at TU Delft.

The canopy opens and closes horizontally. Closed, the parasol folds compactly against the central pole.

Installation
Choose your fixing from the Umbrosa Spectra installation accessories: on hard ground (concrete or wood) with the included rotating support and a spacer for easy mounting; in soft ground with an in-ground anchor; or on a tile base or flat base. If you mount the Spectra directly on the ground without a base, Umbrosa recommends a 15 cm extension kit for enough headroom.

FAQ
What is the difference between the 90° and 80° pole?
The straight 90° pole is vertical. The forward 80° pole leans forward, so it stands further from your table or lounge set.
How much wind can the Spectra handle?
According to the Umbrosa technical sheet, up to Beaufort 4 (28 km/h) with a permanently fixed base. Close it in stronger wind and never leave it open unattended.
What is included?
The frame, canopy, 360° rotating support and a protective cover. A base, in-ground anchor or spacer is ordered separately.
Can I install the Spectra myself?
