FAQ

Is this nylon travel crate suitable for use in the car?

Yes, this crate is highly suitable as a car crate. Thanks to the lightweight and flexible material, it fits easily on the back seat or in the trunk. Please ensure the crate is properly secured for a safe journey.

How do I clean the nylon travel crate?

The high-quality nylon is water-repellent and very easy to maintain. For small stains, a damp cloth with a mild detergent is sufficient. For a thorough cleaning, you can gently wipe the fabric; we advise against putting the cover in the washing machine to protect the coating.

Is the crate sturdy enough for dogs that chew?

Nylon crates are designed for comfort and mobility. While the material is very durable, it is not resistant to heavy chewing or scratching. We recommend crate training your dog first before leaving them alone in it for extended periods.

Can I use the crate outdoors, for example while camping?

Certainly! The crate serves as an ideal mobile dog bed for camping or in the garden. The mesh panels provide plenty of ventilation on warm days. Please note that the crate is not fully waterproof during heavy rainfall.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Your pet should be able to stand comfortably, turn around, and lie down fully. Measure your dog's shoulder height and length (nose to base of tail) and compare this with our size chart. When in doubt, we always recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort.

Is the crate easy to store?

Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of this foldable travel crate is that it can be folded completely flat within seconds. This allows you to easily slide it under a cupboard or bed after use.
