Care
White (papier-mâché): Indoor use only. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture, high humidity, liquid cleaners, direct sunlight, heat and pressure: papier-mâché easily absorbs water.
Brown (wood): Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap and dry immediately. Keep out of direct sunlight and refresh the wood yearly with a protective oil.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check your parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, have this noted on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel: signing without a remark counts as acceptance. Then report the damage as soon as possible to support@salesdepot.eu, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will then find a solution together: a replacement or a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Report your return to support@salesdepot.eu with your order number and send the product back within 14 days, complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging. Return costs are at your expense. You can find all conditions in our returns policy.
