Tested for safety

How does TAVO test for safety?
TAVO tests its pet protection systems at dynamic testing facilities featuring cutting-edge equipment and technology. Performance is benchmarked against the latest United Nations child restraint standard, ECE R129.

What does the testing include?
Using R129's velocity and performance criteria as a testing model, simulated frontal and side-impact crash tests are performed with advanced Q-series dummies.

What happens during testing?
The dummies are positioned to simulate different postures and positions your pet may take while riding in the system. They remained contained within the protection system throughout testing and passed the modelled performance criteria.

What is the purpose of a pet protection system?
The design focuses on the safety of both your pet and the vehicle's occupants in the event of a collision.
