FAQ
What is the weight capacity of the Happy Ride™ Telescoping Dog Ramp?
The ramp is incredibly robust and tested to support dogs up to 180 kg (400 lbs). Despite this high weight capacity, the ramp itself only weighs about 6 kg, making it easy to handle and deploy.
Is the walking surface non-slip for my dog?
Yes, the ramp features a high-traction surface. This sandpaper-like material ensures maximum grip, even if your dog's paws are wet, which is essential to prevent slipping or anxiety.
Which vehicles is this ramp suitable for?
Thanks to the telescoping design, the ramp is universal. It adjusts from 99 cm to 183 cm (39" to 72"), making it a perfect fit for low-profile cars as well as higher SUVs and 4x4 vehicles.
How do I maintain the dog ramp?
You can easily clean the ramp with water and a mild detergent. The aluminum frame is rust-proof and highly durable, guaranteeing a long lifespan for outdoor use.
