01. Crash-tested
TAVO tests the Everett at a dynamic test facility with an instrumented dummy, following the crash test methods and injury criteria of the UN child restraint standard ECE R129. Front and side impact zones are assessed. TAVO also tests the crate against ECE R17, the vehicle seat-back strength standard, so both your dog and your passengers are protected.
02. Integrated load leg
Inspired by the car seat industry, the load leg directs crash forces low into the rear seat back, protecting occupants and absorbing energy for your dog. It pulls out and tucks away in seconds.
03. Crash Protection Guard with Tailor Tech™ memory foam
The Crash Protection Guard with energy-absorbing Tailor Tech™ memory foam, as used in child car seats, attaches to the inside of the crate and absorbs energy in a crash.
04. Anchor straps with forged aluminium carabiners
The adjustable anchor straps are engineered for TAVO crates and tensile rated well above crash-test forces. Forged aluminium carabiners make a strong connection to the tie-down points in your boot. Retractable anchor mounts on the crate keep it in place while driving.
05. Door with secondary locks
The door opens one-handed, lifts itself beyond 100° on gas struts and has built-in secondary locks. No key needed.

Will the Everett fit your car?
Set the rear seat back as upright as possible and measure your boot. You need at least:
- Floor depth (seat back to tailgate): 83.8 cm
- Upper depth (top of seat back to tailgate): 50.8 cm
- Width at the narrowest point, usually between the wheel arches: 96.5 cm
- Height (floor to lowest point of the ceiling): 76.2 cm
- 4 tie-down points in the boot

Will your dog fit?
Your dog should be able to sit, lie curled up, stand and turn around, while the crate stays a snug fit for safety. Maximum length (nose to base of tail): 81 cm. Maximum height at the withers: 53 cm. Maximum weight: 45.4 kg. With two dogs in the car, the divider is required and the combined weight must not exceed 45.4 kg.

How big can my dog be?
Up to 45.4 kg, 81 cm long (nose to base of tail) and 53 cm at the withers. Your dog should be able to sit, lie curled up, stand and turn around.
Will the Everett fit my car?

No. No assembly or tools are needed. Place the crate in the boot, clip the 4 anchor straps to the tie-down points and fold out the load leg.
