Does the chandelier come with cable and fitting?
No. The chandelier is supplied without cable and bulb. Connect it with a ceiling cable of your choice.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
No. For indoor use only. Moisture can damage the natural material, even in covered outdoor areas.
Which bulb works best?
A warm white LED bulb gives the nicest atmosphere and stays almost cool.
Is every piece identical?
No. Each piece is handmade from natural materials. Small differences in colour, shape and grain are normal.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within the EU.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check your parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, have this noted on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel: signing without a remark counts as acceptance. Then report the damage as soon as possible to support@salesdepot.eu, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will then find a solution together: a replacement or a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Report your return to support@salesdepot.eu with your order number and send the product back within 14 days, complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.
