The TAVO Dupree I is a crash-tested car seat and a travel carrier in one, for small dogs and cats up to 9 kg. In the car, the integrated ISOFIX latches click in within seconds, no separate base needed. On the plane, it travels as carry-on under the seat in front of you. Your pet goes from home to car, airport and back without ever switching carriers. Taking it on the plane

The Dupree I has a structured base and a flexible frame, so it fits under the seat in front of you. Every airline has its own rules on size and total weight (pet plus carrier), so always check before you fly. Handy: see our overview of European airline cabin size limits (PDF).

What makes the Dupree I unique?

01. Integrated ISOFIX latches
Reinforced steel latches, recessed into the base, click onto your car’s ISOFIX anchor points. Green indicators confirm a secure fit, and the easy-reach button releases it with one hand.

02. Crash-tested to ECE R129
The Dupree I was tested in TAVO’s dynamic test facilities, using the same equipment as child car seats, and benchmarked against the UN ECE R129 standard, the strictest international standard for child seats.

03. Tailor Tech™ memory foam and side impact protection
Energy-absorbing Tailor Tech™ memory foam, also used in child car seats, is built into the frame and into the separate SIP (Side Impact Protection) guard for extra protection in a side collision.

04. Structured base, flexible frame
The structured base spreads weight evenly and does not sag. The flexible frame gives just enough to fit under the aircraft seat.

05. Locking zips
The zips stay shut, so your pet cannot sneak out on the way.

06. All-round mesh ventilation and roll-down doors
Mesh panels all around provide fresh air and a view. The doors roll back and hold open with a magnet for easy access to your pet.

07. Light and easy to carry
At 2.33 kg, the Dupree I is the lightest model in the Dupree range. Carry it by the top handle or over your shoulder with the detachable strap.

Slide the Dupree I over your suitcase handle and roll it through the airport with ease.

09. Zip pocket, luggage tag and tracker holder
An outside pocket for treats and papers, a luggage tag and a holder for a tracker such as an AirTag.

10. Premium, safe materials
UPF 50+ fabric, two machine-washable mattresses (one durable, one comfort with antimicrobial treatment), naturally flame-resistant fabrics without added chemicals and vegan leather accents.

11. On the Roscoe Trek dog stroller
With the TAVO stroller adapter, the Dupree I clicks onto the TAVO Roscoe Trek dog stroller frame. From car to walk, without disturbing your pet.

Dupree I or Dupree II?

Both models are crash-tested in the same way and have integrated ISOFIX, a SIP guard, the same outer dimensions and a 9 kg capacity. The difference is in how you carry it and how you reach your pet.
