How much is delivery?
For orders of home accessories and tableware from €85, delivery is free to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Austria, and from €150 to the other EU countries. Below that, shipping costs are calculated per country in the cart. We pack fragile pieces with care.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check your parcel on delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, have this noted on the delivery receipt or refuse the parcel: signing without a remark counts as acceptance. Then report the damage as soon as possible to support@salesdepot.eu, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will then find a solution together: a replacement or a refund.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. Report your return to support@salesdepot.eu with your order number and send the product back within 14 days, complete and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging. Return costs are at your expense. You can find all conditions in our returns policy.
