Shipping policy

Our main partners for shipping our parcels are: DPD, PostNL & Bpost.

Delivery time / Lead time: typically 2–10 working days within Europe – does not apply to special or custom-made products. 

Shipping costs (including VAT) are indicated when completing your order.

Free delivery for purchases above a certain amount or if indicated for specific products.

Collection: free (by appointment only) - our collection address is in 1750 Lennik.

Special products that are too heavy (>30 kg) or too long (e.g. poles) to be shipped via our standard partners can be collected from our depot (by appointment) or, if desired, we can engage an external partner to carry out your delivery.
