Return Policy
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason (in accordance with EU law). After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
You will be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, undamaged and complete
- Include all accessories and labels
- Be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the product and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Consumables (e.g. sprays, batteries, refills)
- Custom-made or special-order products
(e.g. Umbrosa, Paraflex, Spectra, Versa, Nata, Ingenua, Arkema Design) - Personalised items
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature
- Perishable goods
- Items subject to financial market fluctuations

⚠️ OUTLET PRODUCTS — NO RIGHT OF RETURN
Products from the OUTLET collection (end-of-series & open box) are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal and the right of return.
By purchasing an Outlet product, you confirm that you have read and agree to this condition.
These products are individually inspected and are in perfect, ready-to-use condition before being offered in the Outlet. The statutory guarantee against hidden defects remains fully applicable.
Specific Exception
For returns of poles (Nesling, Umbrosa, Paraflex), shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
