ARTICLE 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT
You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorize us to allow minors in your household to use the Services on your devices. To use the Services (browse/purchase), we may request information such as email and billing/payment/shipping details. You warrant all information is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the rights to provide it. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. You may not transfer/sell/assign/license your account.

ARTICLE 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We aim for accurate descriptions, but colors/appearance may vary by device/settings. We do not guarantee products/services will meet expectations or match on-screen depictions. Descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue products and limit quantities per person/region/jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
Your order is a purchase offer; we may accept/decline at our discretion. Acceptance occurs only after confirmation and successful payment processing. Review before submitting; cancellation requests may not be honored after acceptance. If we decline/modify/cancel, we’ll notify you using the contact details provided. Returns/exchanges follow our Refund Policy [LINK]. You warrant purchases are for personal/household use, not resale/export.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES & BILLING
Prices/discounts/promotions may change without notice. The price charged is that at checkout and shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, customs/duties. Online prices may differ from other outlets. Promotions may have separate terms which prevail in case of conflict. You agree to provide and promptly update accurate purchase, payment, and account details. You warrant card data is correct, you’re authorized to use it, charges will be approved, and you’ll pay all amounts including applicable taxes/fees.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are not liable for delays. Timelines are estimates only. We’re not responsible for carrier/customs/force-majeure delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier hand-off.

ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of the Services is owned by SalesDepot.eu or licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. No reproduction/distribution/modification/public display/download/transmission without prior written consent. No license is granted except as expressly stated. Trademarks and trade dress are the property of their owners and may not be used without permission.

ARTICLE 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use at your own risk and review third-party terms. New features are also subject to these Terms.

ARTICLE 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include materials/links to third-party sites. We do not evaluate such content and are not liable for any damages arising from their use or transactions. Review third-party policies before engaging. Direct complaints to the relevant third party.

ARTICLE 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
We use Shopify to power the Services. Purchases are directly between you and SalesDepot.eu. Shopify is not responsible for sales-related matters; you expressly release Shopify from related claims.

ARTICLE 10 – PRIVACY
Personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK] and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policy. As the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify processes data to provide/improve the Services and may share data with partners in other countries. See our Privacy Policy [LINK].

ARTICLE 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. You warrant ownership/rights, disclosure of incentives, and compliance. We have no obligation to keep feedback confidential, compensate, or respond. We may review/edit/remove inappropriate feedback. You are solely responsible.

ARTICLE 12 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
Information may contain errors/inaccuracies/omissions (e.g., pricing/availability). We may correct/update/cancel orders at any time without notice.

ARTICLE 13 – PROHIBITED USES
Use the Services lawfully. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: illegal acts; IP infringements; harassment/abuse; misleading information; unauthorized advertising/spam; impersonation; uploading malware; scraping; bypassing security. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

ARTICLE 14 – TERMINATION
We may terminate the agreement/access at any time without notice. Amounts due remain payable. Certain sections survive termination.

ARTICLE 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information is provided for general purposes only. Except as expressly stated, Services/products are provided “as is/as available” without warranties, express or implied. Some jurisdictions restrict disclaimers.

ARTICLE 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesDepot.eu and its/Shopify’s affiliates/personnel/licensors are not liable for any direct/indirect/incidental/special/consequential/punitive damages (including lost profits/revenue/data or replacement costs), regardless of theory, even if advised of the possibility.

ARTICLE 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify/defend/hold harmless SalesDepot.eu, Shopify, and affiliates from claims/losses/costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) violation of law/third-party rights, or (3) your access to/use of the Services. We will notify you of indemnifiable claims; lack of timely notice relieves you only if materially prejudiced. We may control defense/settlement.

ARTICLE 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful/void/unenforceable, the remainder remains effective; the provision applies to the maximum lawful extent.

ARTICLE 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce is not a waiver. These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications. Ambiguities are not construed against the drafter.

ARTICLE 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign/delegate these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign/transfer/delegate without notice.

ARTICLE 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction of SalesDepot.eu’s principal place of business. Both parties submit to such jurisdiction.

Headings are for convenience only.

The current version is available on this page. We may update/modify/replace parts at our discretion and post changes; material changes will be notified as required by law. Continued use signifies acceptance.
