Petsafe Vibration Bark Control VBC-10 PBC45-13339 - vibration
This Bark Control system from PetSafe® uses vibration stimulation. As the dog barks, he is interrupted with a safe but annoying vibration.
The VBC-10 Vibration Bark Control collar offers 10 combinations of vibration stimulation and patented Perfect Bark™ technology ensures that only the dog’s own bark will trigger the stimulation. With careful training and when used in conjunction with the instructions, the collar safely reduces (and in most cases eliminates) nuisance barking and is suitable for all sizes and breeds of dog. Dogs quickly learn the association and stop the unwanted behaviour.
Vibration is the newest form of stimulation to be used by PetSafe® and is one of the gentlest, softest methods available today.
How It Works:
The VBC-10 Vibration Bark Control has two primary features designed to shorten the training phase and promote good behaviour.
First, the Bark Control Collar offers 10 combinations of vibration stimulation. When the dog barks vibration is delivered from one of the two Vibration Points. The duration of the vibration is random, which interrupts the dog’s bark. When used according to instructions the Vibration Bark Control Collar safely reduces (and in most cases eliminates) nuisance barking.
Second, the Vibration Bark Control Collar includes Patented Perfect Bark™ technology. It uses both vibration and sound sensors (dual-detection) to discriminate each bark from other external noises. This ensures your dog’s bark is the only sound that will cause the stimulation. As a built-in safety feature, if your dog barks 15 times or more within a 1 minute 20 second period, the Bark Control Collar will automatically shut off for 1 minute.

TIP 1: Bark control systems are behaviourly activated. This means that the dog can avoid unpleasant stimulation by adjusting his behaviour. The dog controls the stimulation, not the owner. Ultimately the dog learns not to bark and avoid stimulation completely.
TIP 2: Bark Control systems can deter nuisance barking, preventing stress for owners. They can also help avoid uncomfortable situations between neighbours or tenant and landlords.
